Hyly AI allows you to use email templates from different properties. To do so, you need to export and import a template from one sub-org to another. You can transfer the template at the Org level and also at the Sub-Org level. Here, we have explained the process considering the Sub-Org level.
Following are the step-by-step instructions to export and import templates from one sub-org to another:
a. Log in to your Hyly account> Select Sub-Org> click hyMail.
b. Select Org Template from the top left dropdown.
c. Hover over the template you want to transfer and click on Design.
d. On the email template page, click the three horizontal dots at the top right corner to expand.
e. Click on Export Template. It will download a .json file to your system.
f. Select the property to which you want to import the template.
g. Click the + sign at the top right corner to Add New Campaign.
h. On the Add New Campaign page, go to Import.
i. Click the IMPORT TEMPLATE button to upload the .json file from your system.
j. Once the file is uploaded successfully, the template will be transferred to the sub-org.
