How do I filter contact cards in CRM?

The Journey AI CRM app allows you to filter the relevant contact cards you wish to check. 
Following are the step-by-step instructions to add Tags to your contacts.

 

a. Log in to  https://accounts.hyly.app and navigate to the CRM app.

b. Select Contact Lists or Contact Pipelines from the dropdown menu.

c. To see the Filter Panel, click on the filter icon at the top right corner of the page.

d. You can filter the contact card by putting the Name, Email, or Phone Number in their respective section.

e. To filter your contacts by Status, click the Any Status filter dropdown and select the desired status.

f. To filter your contacts by sub-status, click the Any Sub-status filter dropdown and select the desired sub-status.

g. To filter your contacts by Agents, click on the Agents filter dropdown and select the agent for whom you want to check.

h. To filter your contacts by price range, click the Desired Price Range filter dropdown and select the price range you want to check.

 i. To filter your contacts by units they prefer, click on the Desired Unit filter dropdown and select the unit you want to check.

j. You can filter the contacts by Tags. You can either include or exclude an assigned Tag to filter the contacts. Enter the Tag name in the Include Tag or Exclude Tag sections to filter by Tags.
k. To filter by the created date of the contact, click on the Added between dropdown, select the date range, and click on Apply to filter.
 l. If you have uploaded the contacts in batches and assigned them batch names, you can filter them with the Batch Names. Enter the batch name in the Batch Name section to filter by batch name.
m. To filter by the email subscriber status of the contact, click on the Any Subscriber Status dropdown and select the subscriber status.
n. To filter by the email check status of the contact, click on the Email Check Status dropdown and select the email check status. 
o. To filter by the activity status of the contact, click on the Any Activity Status dropdown and select the red or orange dots.
p. Once you have selected the filters, click the Filter button to get the filtered results.

You can use one or multiple filters as per your requirements.
