How do I find the sent date and time of an event invitation?

The sent date and time of an event e-blast can be seen using the step-by-step method mentioned below.

 

a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub - Org > Click EventsIt will take you to the Event Dashboard.

b. Filter the events by Invited status.

c. It will display all the events you sent, starting with the most recent one.

d. Hover over the event for which you want to view the sent date and time and click on View Reports.

e. It will open the By Event Report for that event. Scroll down to the Drill Down By Event Emails section.

f. By default, it will be in gallery view; if not, change it to Gallery View by clicking the button.

g. It will display the Sent to and Sent At details for each e-blast sent for the event.

For example, in the image below, the Event Invite was sent to Students on Jan 29, 2004, at 6:04 pm, and the RSVP confirmation email was sent to Contacts who RSVPed on Feb 15, 2004, at 2:21 pm.

g. You can also access the By Event Reports from the Reports Menu. To do so, go to the Reports menu and click on By Events Report.

h. You can set the date range to This Month to view the most recent events.

i. Select the Status as Invited, and it will display all the events for which the invite is already sent for your selected date range.

j. Now go to the event for which you want to check the sent date and time, and click View Report. ( Follow steps e,f,g next.)
