      How do I use the Form Embeds page to generate form embeds for a particular property?

      You can generate Form Embeds for your property website using the Form Embeds page under Attribution Settings under PAI (Performance AI) Settings.

       

      A. Navigate to: Performance AI ➡️ Settings ➡️ Attribution Settings ➡️ Form Embeds.

       

      B. This will open the Form Embed page which includes a form where you can fill in the relevant

           details:

      a. Choose the property from the dropdown-menu.

      b. Choose the kind of form you want for the website. The Contact Us form leads to a form

           for inputting contact info without floor plans and rent details.

      c. The hySite.FS - Contact (02/09 0937) form is also a form for inputting contact info

          without fields for floor plans and rent details.

      d. The hySite.FS - Subscribe (02/09 0937) is a button urging the users to subscribe.

      e. The hySite.LP - Contact (02/09 0937) is a form for contact info with fields for floor

           plans and rent details. 

      f. The Landing Page is a form for contact info with fields for floor plans and rent details.

      g. Then, select the Channel/Variant, choosing Forms>Control or leaving the space

          blank will lead to the default versions of the forms.

      h. The above steps will generate a form embed link that you can add to the source code 

           for your website. Use the COPY button to copy the link.

      i. Below the generated link is another link that allows you to customize and preview

          your form before deployment.

      C. When you click on the second link, where you can:

      a. Customize your form by editing the CSS using the Customize CSS button.

      b. Preview the form using the Preview button. 

      c. Unpublish the form using the Unpublish button.
