Once you are onboard with Hyly.AI, the next step is to log in to your Journey AI account. Following are the step-by-step instructions for getting started with the Journey AI app.
a. Once your account is created in the Journey.AI app, you will receive a welcome email to get started using your registered email ID.
b. It will prompt you to send a verification email to the Set Password page.
c. Click on Set Password to send the verification email.
d. If you can't access the Set Password button, you can copy and paste the link to your browser to initiate verification.
e. For further assistance, you can refer to the Hyly.AI Help Center.
f. In the Set Password page, enter your registered email ID, which is your user ID for the Journey AI app, and click the SEND VERIFICATION EMAIL button.
g. Once you click SEND VERIFICATION EMAIL button, you'll get a notification on the same page, and a verification email will be sent to you.
h. You will receive a verification email to set a password in your registered email ID.
i. To verify your account and set a password, click the SET PASSWORD button.
j. If you have trouble clicking the button, you can copy and paste the link given to your browser.
k. To maintain privacy, the link will get deactivated once you set the password or after 24 hours.
l. Once you click Set Password, it will take you to the NEW PASSWORD page, and you can set the password there. Click on SET NEW PASSWORD once you have entered the password.
m. If you want to resend the verification email, click Resend Verification Email.
