You can group different sub-statuses from your different systems, like PMSes and CRMs, using the Attribution Report Settings page.
Grouping different sub-statuses for your contacts allows you to fine-tune which contacts are put into a particular milestone in Performance AI.
For example: You can choose not to put Notice period residents on the residents list for your reports.
A. Navigate to: Performance AI ➡️ Settings ➡️ Attribution Settings ➡️ Attribution Report
B. In the table on the Attribution Report Settings page go to the Contact Substitutes section:
a. To edit the sub-status groups, deselect the Select All toggle.
Include Null allows you to add contacts without any sub-statuses into your Performance AI reports.
b. Click on Edit beside the group of sub-statuses you want to change the sub-
status groups for.
c. You can Select All the sub-statuses from different tech systems from your tech systems.
d. You can Clear All the sub-statuses from different tech systems from your tech systems.
e. You can select specific sub-statuses to group these sub-statuses under this group.
f. Once you've edited your sub-statuses, you can save your changes using
the Save button.
g. If you want to return to the default settings, you can click on the Reset button.
