How do I interpret the graph from the section “Which scheduling assists convert best to tours?”?

Which scheduling assists convert best to tours? the Total Tours by Assists, report has a bump chart that compares the performance of the top marketing assists in influencing scheduled tours and completed 1st tours.

Guide to marketing assists

 

A. Go to: Performance AI ➡️ Multitouch Attribution ➡️ Total Tours ➡️ Total Tours by Assist.

 

B. Scroll down to the section titled Which scheduling assists convert best to tours? In the

     graph, the left side lists the assists by the percentage of created leads that scheduled

     tours:

a. 56.63% of the leads that came through Agent scheduled tours. 

b. 43.02% of the leads that came through Client Tour Scheduler scheduled tours. 

c. 0.35% of the leads that came through CoStar scheduled tours.

C. The right side ranks the assists by the percentage of leads that scheduled tours that 

     completed their tours.

a. 65.55% of the scheduled tours that came through Agent completed their 1st tours. 

b. 34.12% of the scheduled tours that came through Client Tour Scheduler completed 

    their 1st tours. 

c. 0.34% of the scheduled tours that came through CoStar completed their 1st tours.

D. Each curve denotes the position and the conversion percentage of the particular assist.

a. In the curve for the Client Tour Scheduler:

• The width describes the relative conversion percentages for created leads to

   scheduled tours (in this example, it's 43.02%) and scheduled tours to

   completed tours (in this example, it's 34.12%). 

• The position describes the relative conversion percentage of the assist; in this

   example, the Client Tour Scheduler is in the second position.
