How do I interpret the “Conversion Rate Analysis by Property” graphs?

The Conversion Rate Analysis by Property graphs depict the percentiles of conversion rates between different CrSTAL milestones for specific properties and compare them with the organization-wide benchmarks.

     Conversion Rate.

 

B. The  portion of the graph indicates the organization-wide benchmark for conversion rates

     for Lead to Toured conversions:

a.  denotes all the percentages between the 25th and 75th percentile of the

    conversion rates for Lead to Toured conversions. 

b. The 25th percentile for conversion rates for Lead to Toured conversions across 

    organization is 33% i.e., 75% of all leads convert from Lead to Toured with a conversion 

    rate equal to or above 33%.

c. The 75th percentile for conversion rates for Lead to Toured conversions across

    Multifamily is 55% i.e., 75% of all leads convert from Lead to Toured with a conversion

    rate equal to or less than 55%.

    at risk of being empty in the near future.
