The How has the performance of top assists changed over milestones? is a bump chart under the CrSTAL by Source reports. It ranks the different marketing assists over the CrSTAL milestones.

A. Navigate to: Performance AI ➡️ Lead Gen Analysis ➡️ LGA Dashboard ➡️ CrSTAL by Assist.
B. On the left, you can see the marketing sources ranked by the number of leads they created.
From the graph in this example:
a. Webservice assist created 44.28% of the leads.
b. Phone assist created 16.09% of the leads.
c. (Unspecified) assist created 10.23% of the leads.
d. Agent assist created 9.22% of the leads.
e. Client Tour Scheduler assist created 8.82% of the leads.
f. Client Contact Us Form assist created 8.16% of the leads.
g. applicantforgotpassword assist created 1.5% of the leads.
h. Paid Search assist created 0.66% of the leads.
These ranks show the assists that are the most efficient in creating leads.
C. The top axis lists the CrSTAL milestones, and the topmost curve at every milestone denotes the
assists that created the most leads that completed the milestone. In this graph:
a. Created Leads - Webservice assist created the most leads i.e., 44% of the leads.
b. Tours Scheduled - Webservice assist created the most leads that scheduled their
tours i.e., 44.28% of the leads.
c. 1st Tours - Webservice assist created the most leads that completed their 1st tours
i.e., 41.50% of the leads.
d. Applied - Webservice assist created the most leads that completed their applications
i.e., 52.47% of the leads.
e. Leased - Webservice assist created the most leads that completed leasing
i.e., 45.27% of the leads.

E. Now, let's take a look at the individual curves for the assists.
a. For the Agent assist curve:
• The width of the curve shows the relative number of leads created by the assist
that crosses each milestone. For example: The Agent assist created 14.31% of the
leads who scheduled their tours and 21.09% of the leads who finished their 1st tours.
• The position of the curve shows the relative rank of the assist over each
milestone. For example: The Agent assist created the fourth most leads but was
second when it came to leads who completed tours.
