How do I interpret the graph in the section “How has the performance of top mediums changed over milestones?”?

The How has the performance of top mediums changed over milestones? is a bump chart under the CrSTAL by Medium reports. It ranks the different marketing sources over the CrSTAL milestones.

A. Navigate to: Performance AI ➡️ Lead Gen Analysis ➡️ LGA Dashboard ➡️ CrSTAL by

     Medium.

 

B. On the left, you can see the marketing mediums ranked by the number of leads they created. In

     this graph:

a. Affiliate medium created 36.96% of the leads.

b. Organic medium created 32.17% of the leads.

c. Direct medium created 22.98% of the leads.

d. Referral medium created 3.83% of the leads.

e. CPC medium created 3.83% of the leads.

f. Email medium created 0.24% of the leads.

    These ranks show the mediums that are the most efficient in creating leads.

C. The top axis lists the CrSTAL milestones, and the topmost curve at every milestone denotes the

     mediums that created the most leads that completed the milestone. In this graph:

a. Created Leads - Affiliate medium created the most leads i.e., 36.96% of the leads.

b. Tours Scheduled - Organic medium created the most leads that scheduled their 

    tours i.e., 41.38% of the leads.

c. 1st Tours - Organic medium created the most leads that completed their 1st tours i.e.,

     43.28% of the leads.

d. Applied - Organic medium created the most leads that completed their applications 

    i.e., 46.43% of the leads.

l. Leased - Organic medium created the most leads that completed leasing i.e., 47.66%

    of the leads.

    The curves depict the total number of leads created that crossed the milestone during the time

    range, irrespective of the time when it is created.

D. The right-most axis lists the mediums ranked by the no. of leads they created that finished

     leasing. In this graph:

a. Organic medium created 47.66% of the leads that finished leasing.

b. Direct medium created 26.56% of the leads that finished leasing.

c. Affiliate medium created 16.41% of the leads that finished leasing

d. Referral medium created 4.69% of the leads that finished leasing

e. CPC medium created 4.69% of the leads that finished leasing

f. Email medium created 0% of the leads that finished leasing

   These ranks depict the quality of the leads that come through the particular source.

E. Now, let's take a look at the individual curves for the sources.

a. For the Direct medium curve:

• The width of the curve shows the relative number of leads created by the medium 

   that crosses each milestone. For example: The Direct medium created 18.99% of the 

   leads who scheduled their tours and 17.59% of the leads who finished their 1st tours.

• The position of the curve shows the relative rank of the source over each 

   milestone. For example: The direct medium created the third most leads but was 

   second when it came to leads who scheduled tours.
