How do I interpret the “Overview of Conversion Rate” graphs?

The Overview of Conversion Rate graphs depict the percentiles of conversion rates between different CrSTAL milestones for your organization and compare them with the Multifamily-wide percentiles.

B. The portion of the graph indicates the multifamily-wide benchmark for conversion rates

     for Lead to Toured conversions:

a. denotes all the percentages between the 25th and 75th percentile of the

    conversion rates for Lead to Toured conversions. 

b. The 25th percentile for conversion rates for Lead to Toured conversions across 

    Multifamily is 25% i.e., 75% of all leads convert from Lead to Toured with a conversion 

    rate equal to or above 25%.

c. The 75th percentile for conversion rates for Lead to Toured conversions across

    Multifamily is 46% i.e., 75% of all leads convert from Lead to Toured with a conversion

    rate equal to or less than 46%.

C. The portion of the graph shows the organization-wide performance of conversion rates for 

     Lead to Toured conversions:

d. The portion denotes all the percentages between the 25th and 75th percentile of the

    conversion rates for Lead to Toured conversions.
