The "Top 3 Assists" panel is used to summarise the performance of the top 3 assists with regard to scheduled tours and completed 1st tours.

A. Go to: Performance AI ➡️ Multitouch Attribution ➡️ Total Tours ➡️ Total Tours by Assist.
B. On the left side, the total number of scheduled and completed tours that happened
during the specific time period:
a. 4470 tours were scheduled during the time period.
b. 2447 1st tours were completed during the time period.
C. The effectiveness of the Top 3 Assists in scheduling tours is shown in the pie chart, showing
how much they contributed to the total number of tours scheduled.
c. The colors in the pie chart depict the individual percentages from the top 3 assists, while
the numbers in the middle depict the total percentage and numbers influenced by them.
In this example:
• 4470 tour schedulings were influenced by the top 3 sources.
• The number of tours scheduled through the top 3 sources accounted for 100% of the
total tours scheduled.
d. Agents influenced 2468 tour schedulings i.e., 55% of the total tours scheduled, and is
depicted through in the pie chart.
e. Client_Scheduler influenced 1983 tour schedulings i.e., 44% of the total tours
scheduled, and is depicted through in the pie chart.
f. CoStar influenced 19 tour schedulings i.e., 0.4% of the total tours scheduled, and is
depicted through in the pie chart.
D. The effectiveness of the Top 3 assists in completed 1st tours is shown in the pie chart,
showing how much they contributed to the total number of 1st tours completed.
g. The colors in the pie chart depict the individual percentages from the top 3 assists, while
the numbers in the middle depict the total percentage and numbers influenced by them.
In this example:
• 2447 1st tour completions were influenced by the top 3 sources.
• The number of tours completed through the top 3 sources accounted for 100% of the
total tours scheduled.
h. Agents influenced 1615 completed tours i.e., 66% of the total tours completed, and is
depicted through in the pie chart.
e. Client_Scheduler influenced 825 completed tours i.e., 34% of the total tours
completed, and is depicted through in the pie chart.
f. CoStar influenced 7 completed tours i.e., 0.3% of the total tours completed, and is
depicted through in the pie chart.
