You can make calls to your contacts from Journey AI CRM. You must ensure your Journey AI CRM profile is set up, and the Call As Number is verified before making a call.
Following are the step-by-step instructions to make a call from CRM.
a. Log in to https://accounts.hyly.app and navigate to the CRM app.
b. Search for the contact and select the contact to go to the contact card.
c. Click the phone icon in the top right corner of the screen.
d. The number from your profile can be seen in the Your # section.
e. The number from your Sub-org (which should be verified) can be seen in the Call as # section. This is the number that will be displayed on the prospect's end.
f. The prospect's number (whom you are contacting) can be seen in the Contact # section.
g. Click Call Contact to make the call.
After clicking Call Contact, your phone will ring, you will be told you are connected to the prospect's number, and the prospect will see your Call As Number on their end.
h. You can add notes, if any, in the add note section.
i. To cancel the call, click the Cancel button.
j. To add the call details in the activity stream, click Add to Activity Stream.
