Agents can manage events from their calendars in Journey AI Tours from Agent Settings: Tour Scheduler page.
a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub-Org> Click Tours> Click Agent Settings: Tours Scheduler.
b. Go to the Calendars page.
c. This page displays the various types of tours and events with their color codes.
d. At the bottom of the page, you can edit/add or delete custom events.
e. To edit an event, click the pencil button beside it.
f. Click the color box to change the color code.
g. You can edit the event name and change the tour slots.
h. Click the tick button to save and cross button to discard the changes.
i. To delete an event, click the delete button, and to sort, click the sort button beside the event.
j. To add an event, click the + New Event button.
k. You can change the color code, add the event name, and click the tick button to add the event.
