How do I manage headless settings in Journey AI Tours?

On the Headless mode of Tour Scheduler, the agent doesn't use the Hyly.AI interface. Instead, they will be using their own PMS/CRM to edit or update the information and settings related to the Tour Scheduler. The data from the client's PMS is passed on to the Hyly.AI system and vice versa.

To configure the headless settings, follow the steps below.

 

a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub-Org> Click Tours> Click Agent Settings: Tours Scheduler.

b. Go to the Headless page.

c. You can manage the Headless settings for the mentioned tour types;

  • In-Person Tour.
  • Live Video Tour.
  • Self-Guided Tour.

d. You can change the heads-up time, and by clicking the dropdown menu, you can set it as Minutes/Hours/Days/Weeks as per your requirement.

e. Click the check box beside to enable the settings.

f. Click the Save button to save the changes.
