Once a live video Tour is scheduled, prospects can join the tour through the link provided in the email or SMS. Once on the call, prospects can manage the call using the following steps,

b. To turn the video on/off, use the Video icon.
c. You can end the call using the Disconnect icon.
e. You can view the tour information by clicking the Information icon.
f. Once the call is over, you will receive a survey notification.
g. You can Like/Dislike based on your experience or Skip the question.
