Once you access your Journey AI account, you can further log in to customize and manage your account.
Following are the step-by-step instructions to manage your Journey AI account.
a. Log into the Journey.AI account, navigate to https://journey.hyly.ai/, and fill in the credentials.
b. On the Journey AI homepage at the top left corner, click on three horizontal lines to open the menu panel on the left side. You can <navigate to all Journey AI apps, Home, and Settings from the menu.>
c. On the center, the dashboard will display the Journey AI apps - Blasts, Drips, Alerts, Tours, Events, Refer-A-Friend, Success Center, and Hayley. You can hover over and click to select the desired app from the dashboard.
d. At the top right corner, the App Switcher 
button will help you to navigate between any Hyly app.
e. Click on your name at the top extreme right corner to <Edit Account Info>, <Change Password>, and Sign Out.
f. At the bottom left corner, you can find your Org name and Property name. If you own multiple properties, you can <switch between the properties from here.>
g. At the bottom right corner, the message icon 
is for Hyly.AI chat support.
h. Click on the message icon to open the chat window and start a chat.
