How do I manage property knowledge graph?

The Property Knowledge Graph for Hayley holds all relevant information about your property. The data on this page is generated by scraping information from your property website and other sources (e.g., Apartment.com). Hyly's onboarding team initially sets up the page while onboarding your property with Hayley AI.

This article will give you an overview on how to check and verify your property information under Hayley's Property Knowledge Graph.

a. Go to Journey AI SuiteSelect Sub - Org > Click Hayley

b. Go to Knowledge Base.

c. The Property Knowledge Graph has the first panel as Navigator. Here, you have categories like Contact, Working Office Hours, Community Amenities, Apartment features, Pet Policy, Parking Policy, etc.

d. Each category can have further sub-categories. For example, in the given image, Community Amenities have sub-categories like Fitness & Leisure, Social and Community Activities, Pet Friendly, Convenience and Access, Outdoor and Green Spaces, Transportation and Parking, etc.

e. Sub-categories can have further segments under them. For example, Fitness & Leisure has

Health Club Discount, Outdoor Sports Facilities, Fitness Center, Pool, Spa, etc.

f. On the right-hand side, the Attribution panel will show your property information related to each category, sub-category, and segment under the sub-categories.

You can also find images here. The multimodal feature of Hayley allows it to display these images along with its response wherever relevant.
