How do I manage Refer-a-Friend settings?

You can customize the Refer-a-Friend setting as an agent using the settings page. Below are the steps to amend the same.

 

a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub - Org > Click Refer-a-Friend and click Settings.

b. The Email Validation feature ensures that only people who have registered their email with Hyly.AI can sign up for referral campaigns.

c. To allow only residents to sign up, turn on the email validation feature. To allow anyone to sign up, turn off the email validation feature.

d. Mention the tour scheduler link of the property in the Tour Scheduler URL section.

e. Once done, click the Save button to save the changes.
