How do I manage SMSs from CRM?

Journey AI CRM allows you to send one-on-one messages to prospects/residents. Sending a personalized SMS to the prospects/residents makes the experience even better for them.
 
Following are the step-by-step instructions for the same.
 
b. Search for the contact and select the contact to go to the contact card. 
c. To send an SMS, click the Message icon at the top right corner.
d. Once you click on the message icon, a pop-up will open where you can type the message.
e. Add the message you wish to send.
f. You can add an Image.
g. Click on Send to send the message.

h. To check the SMS received from the prospects/residents, turn on the Communications filter under the activity stream.
