How do I manage tour experiences in Journey AI Tours?

You can easily customize and manage all tour types for the tour site using the admin settings of Journey AI Tours. Here are the steps:

 

a. Go to Journey AI Suite>  Select Sub-Org> Click Tours> Click Admin Settings: Tour Site.

b. Go to the Tour Experience page. 

c. In The Pre-Recorded Video section and 3D Tour section, you can add/edit/delete pre-recorded videos/ 3D Tour videos for the tour site. 

d. In The Pre-Recorded Video section and 3D Tour section, You can add/edit the Page Title and page Description.

e. Add Video URL, code, and Thumbnail images for the tour site or various amenities available.

f. You can edit, reorder, and delete the amenities.

g. You can add new amenities as well.

YouTube generates its thumbnail. Therefore, you'll have to upload it for videos other than YouTube.

 

h. In-Person Tour and Live Video Tour sections will direct you to the Tour Scheduler settings, where you can manage the Tour Scheduler Design page. 

i. You can add the self-guided tour URL in the Self-Guided Tour Section. 

j. Click the check box to use the self-guided tour URL as a link in the Tours scheduler or Open this URL in the Tour Site popup.

k. For all the changes you made, you can see the preview in the Preview section on the right-side panel of each page.

l. Click the Save button to save the changes you made.
