How do I manage user accounts in Hyly under an Org?

In the Hyly.AI app, you can manage a user account under an org, provide required access according to the user's role, or archive an account provided you have admin access.
Following are the step-by-step instructions to manage a user account under an org.
 
 
a. Log in to Hyly. AI account > select your Org > go to Accounts.

b. Search for the account you want to make changes in from the search panel. You can search by entering the Account ID, First name, Last name, Email ID, etc, and click Search
c. Once you find the account, click over the account.

d. It will direct you to the Edit Account page.
e.You can change personal information like name, email, signature, and Role.
f. Add or remove product access and change access type as required.
g. Click Save to save the changes you made.
h. To discard changes, click Cancel.
i. If you wish to archive an employee's account who is no longer associated with the property, click on Archive. This will remove the account from the org.
