How do I manually change the contact status from CRM?

Journey AI CRM allows users to change the contact status manually.

You can change the contact status in CRM in three possible ways;

  • From Contact Pipeine Page.
  • From Contact List Page.
  • From Contact Card.

Following are the step-by-step instructions for the same.

 

A. Log in to  https://accounts.hyly.app and navigate to the CRM app.

B. From Contact Pipeline Page:

a. Go to the Contact Pipeline Page.

b. Click and drag on the tile of a contact for which you want to change the status. For example, we have selected and dragged Elena Swan from Unmanaged status in the image.

c. Now drop the contact to your desired status column. For example, we have dropped the contact to Contacted status in the image.

d. Once the status changes, you will get the confirmation message at the top.

C. From Contact List Page:

a. Go to the Contact Lists page. You can change the status of multiple contacts from the Contact List page.

b. Click the check box beside each contact you want to change the status.

c. Click the dropdown menu beside the Select Bulk Operation tab and select the Change Status option.

d. Once Change Status is selected, another dropdown labeled Select Status will appear, where you can select your desired status. In the image, we have selected the Applicant status.

e. Click the Update Contact button, which will appear next.

f. Once you confirm, the status will be updated for the selected contacts.

 

D. From Contact Card.

a. Search for a contact in CRM, and select the contact to go to the contact card.

b. You can change their status by clicking their status dropdown bar, which is located at the top of their profile widget.

E. Also, if you are adding a contact manually in CRM, you can change the status at that time.
