If you own multiple properties, you can navigate between different properties using the Journey AI left-side navigation panel. The same facility is available for all other Journey AI apps.
Following are the step-by-step instructions for the same:
a. Navigate to Journey AI, and you will be directed to the home page.
b. To open the left-side navigation panel/menu panel, click on the three horizontal lines at the top left corner.
c. you will find the Org name/Property name at the bottom of the navigation panel. You can see only the Org name if you are using the app for the Org level. If you use the app at the property level, you can see the Org name and Property name.
d. Click on the org/property name at the bottom left corner in the left navigation panel.
e. It will open up another panel where you can search for the property name or click on the property name you are looking for.
