The Diagnostics pages under Performance AI allow you to diagnose connection issues, tagging errors, and other problems with your organization's connection with Performance AI.
A. Navigate to: Performance AI.
B. This will take you to the Performance AI homepage:
a. Click on Diagnostics.
B. This will open the Diagnostics sub-menu, which includes:
a. The Referrer page summarizes the tagging errors found in your Google Analytics page
over the specified time period.
b. The Standard Setup page summarizes the connection statuses of different properties
across your organization with Performance AI.
c. The Search Contact allows you to find specific contacts using their name, emails or
phone numbers.
