To access different menus in Journey AI, follow the below-mentioned steps:

 

a. Navigate to Journey AI, you will be taken to the Journey AI home page.

b. Click on the three horizontal lines at the top left corner to open the menu at the left side panel.

c. On clicking Home, you will be directed to the Journey AI home page.

d. The Blast menu will direct you to the Blast app to create branded agent emails.

e. The Drips menu will direct you to the Drips app for actively nurturing your prospects and residents.

f. The Alerts menu will direct you to the Alerts app, which will help you manage all essential alerts in one place.

g. The Tours menu will direct you to the Tours app for the overall touring experience.

h. The Events menu will direct you to the Events app, which manages multifamily events.

i. The Refer-A-Friend menu will direct you to the Refer-A-Friend app that handles all the friend referrals.

j. The Success Center menu will direct you to the Success Center app, your personalized performance reporting system.
