Journey AI Alerts is an AI-powered app that automatically sends availability notifications to interested prospects.
a. Log in to the Journey AI account and navigate the Journey AI suite.
b. To access the Alerts app, click the Tab titled Alerts and the subtitle Manage all the alerts in one place.
c. The Alerts app can also be accessed from the Journey AI suite menu panel by clicking the Alerts menu.
d. If you use any other Journey AI app, you can switch to the Alerts app by clicking the App Switcher button at the top right corner.
e. You will now be able to access Alert Angels.
