Hayley leverages intelligent automation to answer these common inquiries, allowing leasing agents to focus on high-priority tasks. With customizable guidance and round-the-clock availability, Hayley enables efficient prospect engagement.
a. Log in to the Journey AI account and navigate the Journey AI suite.
b. To access HayleyChat, click the tab titled HayleyChat and the subtitle Chatbot for multifamily.
c. The HayleyChat can also be accessed from the Journey AI suite menu panel by clicking the HayleyChat menu.
d. If you use any other Journey AI app, you can switch to the HayleyChat by clicking the App Switcher button at the top right corner.
e. You will now be able to access the Customization Settings page.
