      How do I navigate to Hayley Chat?

      Hayley Chat is the automated leasing assistant app from Hyly.AI. Hayley Chat provides 24/7 support to engage prospects. It assists with tour scheduling and promptly addressing inquiries. Hayley leverages intelligent automation to answer these common inquiries, allowing leasing agents to focus on high-priority tasks. With customizable guidance and round-the-clock availability, Hayley enables efficient prospect engagement. 

      This article will guide you in navigating Hayley Chat.

       

      a. Log in to the Journey AI account and navigate the Journey AI suite. 

      b. To access Hayley Chat, click the tab titled Hayley Chat and the subtitle Chatbot for multifamily.

      c. The Hayley Chat can also be accessed from the Journey AI suite menu panel by clicking the Hayley Chat menu.

      d. If you use any other Journey AI app, you can switch to the Hayley Chat by clicking the App Switcher button at the top right corner.
