How do I navigate to and use the Journey Cards from the Lead Gen Analysis reports?

In Performance AI, Journey Cards are a representation of the lead-to-lease journey of a particular lead.

A. You can navigate to Journey Cards from Contact Details. Contact Details can be accessed

from all the reports under LGA Explorer and from Attribute Details. In this article, we have

used the Contact By Source report to navigate to Contact Details.

B. You will see the Contact Details report

a. Click the bottom-left View dropdown menu to change the no. of leads you see on the

page.

b. Click the page numbers menu in the bottom right to navigate between pages.

C. Once you've selected a particular view:

a. Click on the name of the contact for whom you want to view the Journey Card.

D. This will pull up the Journey Card for the specific contact.

a. Click on “Show all associated IDs” to bring up specific IDs (Google Analytics IDs,

etc.) related to the contact.

b. See the map of the milestones.

f. Learn about the sources they came from and the dates when they used it.
