Performance AI is a Customer Data Platform built for Multifamily. It provides visibility into the lead-to-lease journey and insights into business and marketing strategies.
Below are the steps to navigate to Performance AI:
A. App Switcher Button
If you're using any app and want to move into the Performance AI app, use the App Switcher button 
in the top-right corner.
B. Returning to the Performance AI apps from other Hyly apps
If you are already logged in to the Hyly account and using any other Hyly app, you can return to the Journey AI suite by clicking the drop-down menu at the top left.
C. You can log into Performance AI in two ways:
1. Login using your myHyly Account
a. Navigate to accounts.hyly.app and log into your hyly account.
b. Once you log in, you will be taken to the My Apps & Hubs page. Click on PAI.
2. Login using the Performance AI account
c. Navigate to pai.hyly.ai and log in to your Performance AI account.
d. You'll now be able to access the Performance AI dashboard.
e. You can navigate to the different reports using the menu on the left side of the
screen.
f. At the bottom left of the screen, you'll find your org and sub-org name.
