a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Org > Click Success Center.
b. Once you log in to the Success Center app, click on the three lines at the Top left to see all the available menus.
c. The Blasts menu is to check and analyze the success report for Blasts. It has the following sub-menus;
- Success Analysis: This is the default page and shows the Success Analysis of all the Sub-orgs. It shows the list of properties that have achieved their goal of sending the Blasts and those that haven't.
- Success Report: This page shows the performance report of all the Sub-orgs, which comprises the number of E-blasts sent, Outstanding sends, and Goal Achieved.
- Set Goal: This page allows you to set goals for your properties for sending blasts.
- Property Audit: This page shows the overall status of the properties sending out Blasts to their audience list.
- Property Blasts: This page shows the details of the blast sent, open rate, and click rate for each property for a selected period.
d. The Drips menu is to check and analyze the success report for Drips. The By Property report under the Drips menu shows the details of the Drips sent in the selected date range by each property.
