      How do I navigate to the Form Embeds page?

      The Form Embeds page generates the HTML code for forms you can embed into your property website.

       

      A. Navigate to: Performance AI ➡️ Settings ➡️ Attribution Settings.

       

      B. This will open the Attribution Settings sub-menu:

      a. Click on Form Embeds.
