The Journey AI Blasts app has a collection of ready-made templates for email marketing campaigns, offers, events, announcements, or promotions.
a. Log in to the Journey AI account and navigate the Journey AI suite.
b. To access the Blasts app, click the Tab titled Blasts and the subtitle Beautiful, Branded Agent Emails.
c. The Blasts app can also be accessed from the Journey AI suite menu panel by clicking the Blasts menu.
d. If you use any other Journey AI app, you can switch to the Blasts app by clicking the App Switcher button at the top right corner.
e. You'll now be able to access the <Blasts dashboard>.
You are now all set to use Journey AI Blasts.
