      How do I navigate to the Journey AI CRM app?

      Journey AI CRM, also known as Hyly.AI Customer Relationship Management, is designed with a pipeline layout so agents can easily track their prospects and where they are in the leasing lifecycle.

       

      a. Navigate to https://accounts.hyly.app and log in to your hyly account. 

      b. Select your sub-org.

      c. Click hyCRM to access Journey AI CRM.

      d. If you use any other Journey AI app, you can switch to the CRM app by clicking the App Switcher button at the top right corner.

      e. Once you click hyCRM, you'll be directed to the default page of Contact Pipelines.
