The Success Center is the app designed to track the performance of all the Sub-orgs of an Org that use Journey AI Blasts and Drips. It gets you your Personalized Performance Reporting for your organization.
The Success Center app can be accessed only at the Org level. Following are the step-by-step instructions to navigate to the Journey AI Success Center app.
a. Log in to the Journey AI account and navigate the Journey AI suite.
b. To access the Success Center app, click the Tab titled Sucess Center and the subtitle Personalized Performance Reporting.
c. The Sucess Center app can also be accessed from the Journey AI suite menu panel by clicking the Sucess Center menu.
d. If you use any other Journey AI app, you can switch to the Tours app by clicking the App Switcher button at the top right corner.
e. You'll now be able to access the Blasts Success Analysis page.
