Context
After a client leaves, part of the offboarding process is releasing their number from Twilio.
Tutorial
In this tutorial, you will learn how to release a number from Twilio.
Step 1.
Navigate to Twilio and enter the username and password found in 1Pass.
Step 2.
Click Usage - Subbaccounts - Then search for the organization you want to remove (for this example, we are using Dinerstein)
Step 2.
Click into the account
Step 6.
Click 'View This SubAccount'
Step 7.
Click the triple dots found towards the top left of the screen
Step 8.
Phone numbers
Step 9.
Under the 'Friendly Name' column, look for the specific property and click the number
Step 10.
Click Release this number at the bottom of the screen and then confirm in the popup
The number is now removed.
