On Hayley Chat, prospects can give you feedback based on their experience. The following are two ways prospects can give their feedback:
- Using the Feedback Button.
- By responding to Hayley Chat feedback request.
Using the Feedback button:
a. On the header panel of the Hayley Chat, the Give Feedback button is available.
b. On clicking the button, the feedback panel will open.
c. Prospect can choose between "Excellent" or "Needs Improvement" based on their experience.
d. Prospects can write in detail what they liked or where improvement is needed in the text box below.
e. And click the Submit Feedback button.
By responding to Hayley Chat feedback request:
a. Hayley Chat can also request feedback once a prospect schedules a tour or submits the form.
b. Prospect can choose between "Excellent" or "Needs Improvement" based on their experience.
To add the feedback option on Hayley Chat, follow the below-mentioned steps:
a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub - Org > Click Hayley Chat> Go to Preference Center menu.
b. Expand the Feedback Options tab.
c. Turn the toggle button on and click Save.
d. You can check that the Give Feedback option is available now on the HayleyChat header panel in the preview sections.
