How do I reschedule a blast in Journey AI Blasts?
a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub - Org > Click Blasts. .
b. Select your already scheduled blast and click the Edit option.
c. Go to the Schedule page and cancel the blasts.
d. Now reschedule the blast with changes in date and time.
e. Then confirm rescheduling by clicking the Reschedule Blast tab.
Note:
1. You can edit the content of the blast and change the scheduled date and time anytime before the blast is sent.
2. If the approval process is activated, then you'll have to resend the blast for approval.
