How do I schedule a Blast?

a. Go to Journey AI SuiteSelect Sub - Org > Click Blasts

b. To create/edit a blast, click the + Blast Tab at the top right corner or go to the Template menu.

c. Once you create/edit the blast and save the changes, it will direct you to the schedule page.

d. Before you schedule the blast, the blast needs to be tested. Enter your desired test email ID/s; you may add multiple email IDs separated by a comma.

e. If you have turned on the SMS toggle while creating the blast, you will be prompted to send a test SMS to your desired phone number/s. You may add multiple numbers separated by a comma.

f. Click Send Test Blast to send a test blast.

e. Once the test blast is sent successfully, you can start scheduling the blast by selecting the audience. Use the refresh button to refresh the existing list of audiences before you add them. It will remove all incorrect email IDs (Unsubscribed, invalid, etc) from the list.

f. You can send the blast to an existing list of invitees (Prospect, Resident, Student, and Broker). In each case, it will reflect the audience the blast and SMS will reach.

g. You can also add your custom group by turning on the toggle for My Custom Group for the blast.

h. Go to the Select date & time section to schedule the blast.

i. Choose a date and time. You may choose the time our data science team recommends and click Confirm.

 

 

j. You will get our data science team advisory about your selected date and time. To proceed, click Schedule Blasts.

The Schedule Blasts button will remain inactive unless you set the Date and Time.

k. Once your blast is scheduled successfully, it will be displayed on the blast calendar and marked with the green bar for schedule status.
