How do I schedule a live video tour as an agent?

a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub-Org> Click Tours> Go to Agent Calendar.

b. Click on the +Tour button to schedule a live video tour.

c. Schedule a live video tour by selecting the tour type as Live Video Tour.

d. Select Date and Time.

e. Add required information such as First Name, Last Name, Email, Desired Move-In Date, etc.

f. Tick the square box to confirm you are not a robot.

g. Then select the attribution details and click on Schedule.

h. You'll get a confirmation of the Tour being Scheduled. You can copy the Video Tour URL and join the tour by clicking the link.

i. As the Agent, you will receive the following email notification once the tour is scheduled.
j. You can join the tour on the scheduled date and time by joining the Live Video Tour link.
k. You can also check the prospect details by clicking on Prospect Profile.
l. The updated schedule will be available on your Agent Calendar.

m. The Prospect will get the following email notification.
n.They can join the tour on the scheduled date and time by clicking the Join Video Tour link in the email.
o. They can also Cancel or Reschedule the tour at their convenience.
