How do I schedule a referral campaign in Refer-a-Friend?

Once you create/edit a referral campaign, you must schedule the campaign. Below are the steps to schedule a referral campaign.

 

a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub - Org > Click Refer-a-Friend.

b. It will direct you to the Referral Campaigns dashboard.

c. To create a referral campaign, click the + Referral Campaign button or to edit an existing campaign, click the edit button beside that campaign.

d. Once you create/edit a referral campaign and save it, you will be directed to the Schedule Invite tab.

e. Send Test Invite section allows you to test your campaign by sending a test invitation. 

f. Once the test invite is sent successfully, you can Activate this Campaign by turning the toggle button on.

g. Under the Schedule Invite section, set the Date and Time to schedule your invitation.

h. You can use refresh to get an up-to-date number of residents.

i. If you want to send the campaign every quarter, turn on the toggle button for the Turn on Quarterly Email section.

j. You have successfully scheduled the referral campaign now.
