a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub-Org> Click Tours> Go to Agent Calendar.
b. On the Agent Calendar, click +Tour to add a tour on behalf of the prospect.
c. You will be directed to the Tour Scheduler.
d. Select the tour type, date, and time, and fill out the customer information fields.
e. Check the square box to confirm you are not a robot.
f. Ensure that you check the lead attribution from the prospect and select the options in the Lead Attribution section accordingly.
As you schedule the tour as an agent, the lead attribution won't be captured automatically.
g. Once all the information is accurately filled in, click on Schedule to schedule the tour.
h. We will get the confirmation screen on successful tour scheduling, and the scheduled tour will be reflected on the Agent Calendar.
