Journey AI CRM will allow you to schedule tours directly from their contact card for a particular prospect/resident. Following are the step-by-step instructions for the same.
a. Log in to https://accounts.hyly.app and navigate to the CRM app.
b. Search for the contact and select the contact to go to the contact card.
c. Click on the calendar icon at the top right corner to schedule a tour.
d. Schedule a Tour pop-up will show on the screen. Select the type of tour, date, time, and lead attribution for the contact and click on Schedule.
e. You'll get a confirmation message that the tour is scheduled, and you can also see the tour-scheduled activity recorded in the activity stream.
