a. Go to the property website and click the Schedule a Tour button. You will be directed to the tour scheduler.
b. Click on the Live Video Tour appointment type.
c. Select your desired date and time for the tour.
d. Then fill up the details such as,

- First Name: Fill out your first name.
- Last Name: Fill up your last name
- Email: Fill up your email ID.
- Desired Move-In Date: Fill out a tentative move-in date.
e. Fill in all the mandatory fields marked with a star icon.
f. Once the information is filled in, click on Schedule.
g. It will take you to the confirmation page, where you can copy the Tour Link and join the tour. h. You can also add the tour to your calendar by clicking the Add to your Calendar options.
i. You will also receive the following email notification. You can join the Tour on the scheduled date and time by clicking the Join Video Tour link in the email.
j. You can also Cancel or Reschedule the Tour at your convenience.
k. You will also get an SMS notification with the link to the Tour. You can also click the link and join the Tour from your phone.
l. If you cancel or reschedule the appointment, you will receive a Tour Canceled or a rescheduled email/SMS.
m. Else, you will receive a Reminder email/SMS the night before your appointment.
