How do I search for a contact in CRM?

In the Journey AI CRM, you can search for individual contacts and view the details of their contact cards. Following are the step-by-step instructions for the same.

a. Log in to  https://accounts.hyly.app and navigate to the CRM app.

b. You can find the Search Bar at the top right corner.

c. You can try searching for a contact by Name, Contact Number, or Email ID.

d. Click on the contact once it appears on the search list.

e. Now you'll be taken to the Contact Card of the contact. You can check the details of the contact from here.
