You can search for a contact at the ORG level if you don't know the property for which the contact was created in the CRM. The following are the step-by-step instructions.
a. Log in to https://accounts.hyly.app for your ORG and navigate to the CRM app.
b. By default, you will be taken to the Contact List page, or you may select it from the drop-down menu.
c. You can enter your contact's email ID in the search bar. Also, you can search with the property name and search for the contact at the property level.
d. Once you enter the correct email ID of the contact, you will be given the name of the property for which the contact was created. If the contact is created for multiple properties, it will show you all property names.
e. Click on the property name to see the contact details.
f. If you want to search again, click Clear Search.
g. Here is the contact information for the property you have selected.
