If you are an agent, you may need to send your blast for approval before sending it to your prospects or residents. In this article, you will learn how to send your blast for approval.
a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub - Org > Click Blasts.
b. To create/edit a blast, click the + Blast Tab at the top right corner or go to the Template menu.
c. Once you create/edit the blast and save the changes, it will direct you to the schedule page, where you can schedule your blast.
d. Once you select your audience and desired date and time for scheduling the blast, expand the Approvers tab.
e. You can see the approver/s email address/s is listed here.
f. To send the blast for approval, click the Send for Approval button.
g. It will open a confirmation window where you can verify the property name, subject, audience, and scheduled date & time. click the Send for Approval button again after verifying the details.
h. You can see the status has changed to Sent For Approval from Draft.
i. If you want to cancel the approval request, click the Cancel Request button.
j. Once your blast is successfully sent, you can see it on the blast calendar under Sent For Approval status.
k. You can edit, preview, and duplicate your blast and also cancel the approval request from here.
l. You will get notified if your blast is approved or rejected.
