How do I send canned emails from CRM?

Once you create or edit a canned email, you need to send it to your contacts. Following are the step-by-step instructions for sending a canned email.

 

a. Log in to  https://accounts.hyly.app and navigate to the CRM app.

b. Search for the contact to whom you want to send the canned email.

c. Once on the contact card page, click on the Send Email icon at the top right corner. 

d. Click the Pick a Response dropdown and select the Canned Email you created.

e. The email will display on the message field, you can make changes to it if needed.

f. To send it, immediately click the Send Now button.

g. To schedule the email for later, click the Schedule for Later button.

h. On clicking the Schedule for Later button, a window will open to schedule the date and time.

i. Pick a Date and want to send the mail.

j. Click Done to schedule.

k. Now the Schedule for Later button will change to Schedule with date and time. Click the button to schedule your mail.

l. If you want to cancel the email, click Cancel.

m. The scheduled email will appear on your contact card.

n. You can edit, reschedule, or delete the email or click on the three dots to view the email.
