While customizing your Hayley mascot, you can also change the mascot color based on your brand. Following are the step-by-step instructions for the same.
a. Go to Journey AI Suite> Select Sub - Org > Click HayleyChat and go to Customization Settings.
b. Go to the Make Your Own Mascot tab.
c. By default, the mascot color will be set according to your brand color, which is set in the Sub Org app.
d. In the Sub-Org app, under the Branding menu, you can find your brand color.
e. The primary color will be the color set as Button Background Color in the Sub-Org app.
f. The secondary color will be the color set, a Link Color, in the Sub-Orgs app.
g. To change the primary color setting, click on the primary color box, and it will open the color picker tool.
h. Drag the first circular button to select the color.
i. You can adjust the shades of your selected color by dragging the second circular button.
j. To change the secondary color setting, click on the secondary color box, and it will open the color picker tool. Select and adjust the color as mentioned in steps h and I.
k. Click Save to save your changes.
l. If you want to return to the default mascot, click the Reset to Default button.
m. You can view the preview of your mascot at the right-hand side panel.
Hayley Color Coding Logic:
- To create 12 mascot options, we need three colors: primary color, secondary color, and white by default.
- If you have only one brand color updated at the Sub-Org, it will take your brand color, along with white and grey by default, to create the mascot. In that case, your primary and secondary colors in Hayley will be the same as your brand color.
- If you don't have any brand colors updated at the Sub-Org level, creating the mascot will take white, grey, and black. Hence, it is always advisable to update your brand color/s at Sub-Org.
- If you change the brand colors in Sub-Org, your Hayley mascot colors will get updated automatically.
- A darker background color/primary color and a lighter foreground color/secondary color are always preferred.
