      How do I set up my touch tour guest-cards to be sent to Hyly?

      Activating TouchTour Guest Cards to be sent to Hyly

      Objective

      To activate TouchTour guest cards to come into Hyly by setting up Engrain in the admin settings under ILS authorization.

      Key Steps

      1. Go to admin settings under Tours>Adming Settings: Tour Scheduler> ILS authorization.

      2. Set up Engrain as the assist.

      3. Choose the specific source you want Engrain to come from (e.g., TouchTour).

      4. Select the properties you would like to have Engrain sitemaps connected to.

      5. Save your selections.

      6. Submit a support ticket for Engrain to connect the properties to support@engrain.com. Or use the support function at support.engrain.com > TouchTour, for faster response. 

      Cautionary Notes

      • Ensure that you select a source to avoid it coming in as the default source.

      • Double-check the properties you have selected before saving to avoid any errors.

      Tips for Efficiency

      • Consider selecting all properties if you want Engrain sitemaps connected to all properties for efficiency.
